Milton Mortimer Chassman

From Ronkonkoma, Long Island, Milton is a graduate of the Wharton School and a Wall Street refugee. As a writer, he has worked with Jeff Robinov (Marked Man, Jericho Arms) and the team of Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin (My Friends, Space Patrol).  How to Grow Your Own is Milton's directorial debut.

Producer:  Joe Rubalcaba

Born and raised in East L.A., Joe is most known for his work on The Nerdist Channel (with Legendary Pictures) as producer/director/editor of some of their biggest series including Puppet for President (with the Jim Henson Co.), Four Points with Alex Albrecht, Nerd Down and 10 (with The Sklar Brothers), Doing Good with Dan Van Kirk and Math Bites starring Danica McKellar.  He has also produced and directed the feature mockumentary, Wreckless Epic: The Journey to SXSW and the HDNet TV Series, Svetlana for Mark Cuban.

Robert Christopher Webb

Robert has a long list of credits and awards in cinematography, with his first feature, The Flip Side, premiering at the 2001 Sundance Film Festival. Next was another feature, Americano, winning the Best Cinematography Award at the 2005 Sidewalk Film Festival in Birmingham. The Spanish feature, Under The Snow, won an Audience Award at the Valladolid Film Festival and premiered in North America at the 2008 Slamdance Film Festival. In addition, Robert has an Emmy Award and several Telly Awards for his work on industrial spots and received the 2012 Emerging Cinematography Award from the International Cinematographers Guild.
